What You Need

1 cup (240ml) oat milk or almond milk
1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha root powder
1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
Pinch of black pepper
2 cups (480ml) cold water
Step 1

For ashwagandha moon milk: Warm oat milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat to 150°F (do not boil). Whisk in ashwagandha powder, honey, cardamom, and black pepper until fully dissolved. Pour into a glass and chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes, or serve over ice.

Step 2

For holy basil cooler: Muddle holy basil leaves gently in the bottom of a glass to release oils. Add lime juice, agave, and coconut water. Stir well. Top with chilled sparkling water and ice. Garnish with lime wheels and a holy basil sprig.
