What You Need

4 cups fresh dandelion petals (about 200-250 flower heads)
4 cups water
4 cups granulated sugar
1 lemon, juiced
Step 1

Pick about 200-250 dandelion flower heads from an area that has not been sprayed with pesticides or herbicides. Avoid roadsides, treated lawns, and commercial properties.

Step 2

Place the petals in a saucepan with 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
