What You Need

1 teaspoon dried feverfew leaves
1 teaspoon dried peppermint leaves
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger root
1/2 teaspoon dried willow bark
1/4 teaspoon dried lavender flowers
2 cups filtered water
Step 1

Bring 2 cups filtered water to a boil, then remove from heat and let cool for 1 minute to 205°F.

Step 2

Pour hot water over herbs and cover tightly.
