What You Need

1 tablespoon dried butterfly pea flowers
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold oat milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice cubes
Step 1

Place 1 tablespoon of dried butterfly pea flowers in a heatproof cup or small teapot. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the flowers.

Step 2

Strain through a fine mesh sieve. Discard the flowers. Let the blue tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold (about 30 minutes, or make it the night before).
