1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (or 1/2 inch fresh ginger, grated)
1/8 teaspoon black pepper (for curcumin absorption)
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Step 1
